Explanation needed

I am a final year student at Coventry uni and i am due to graduate with a first. I am wandering if i fail one of my exams thou i am still graduating with a first based on the criteria used. Does that mean i have to resit the exam. I quoted this from the University’s handbook system saying

NB: Should a student have passed fewer than 100 credits from the relevant stage, but have met all other criteria above, the PAB has the discretion to assign a module failed at the resit attempt as condoned.

NB: Should a student have failed only one condonable module at the first attempt, the PAB may exceptionally condone that module without requiring the student to resit it.

Does this mean they will allow me to graduate anyway. Need clear explanation on this. Thanks.

Yes. The infamous Coventry Uni degree classification method.
If they like you they can just say ok no need for the resit, we will pass you anyway and you are fine.

😂😂 yeah. You know like I’ve passed all the other modules but I’m doubting if I’m gonna pass the exams of one module.

Hello there,
May I recommend directly contacting your course leader or the module leader for the specific exam you mention as they will know the details and different paths to graduation better than anyone. Alternatively, current students can login to the Student Portal to find further information and other contact points
Hope this helps
