Hi, i have applied for the role of store assistant at my local Aldi and i have done the video interview and now this stage of an “individual assessment” please could anyone tell me what is involved the step by step process any questions i need to prepare for. Mines is on Monday 1st July. Please help!! Thanks

Going for one tomorrow I'll try remember the questions they actually ask and let you know how it goes, my maths skills are fine so thats not a problem. For prep Im just going to write ideas around these questions which are just ones Ive found from fairly recently on this thread. Im meant to be going for an individual assessment.

"Tell me about yourself"
"Why do you want to work at Aldi?"
"What do you know about Aldi?"
"What do you know about how things are run here at Aldi?"
"When was a time you had to work in a team?"
When was a time you had to work under pressure?"
"Where do you see yourself in 5 years?"
"Why I left my last job" (doesn't apply to me as it will fingers crossed be my first job)

Hey I did my individual assessment on the 8th of July. The area manager told me I would hear back within 5 days, today is the 8th day and when I look on my portal it still says “we’re reviewing your application and will be in touch soon”. I’ve not heard anything back from anyone. Is anyone experiencing the same thing? Am I being ghosted? How long did it take for you guys to hear back after your “individual assessment”?

Heyy, yeah i’m experiencing the same thing, I had my individual assessment on the 23rd July, told me I’ll hear back within 48 hours and it’s currently the 27th and nothing. I’m waiting till it’s a week to lose hope lol. Have you heard back from them yet?
