Give it another day, though from my experience, you're told if you're successful within 24 hours, might be different with them though.

Accenture took 10 days to get back to me after my interview, they rang to say I was successfull, I think they mentioned they normally contact within ten days of each interview so this must be their normal policy

Great thread! I had my assessment yesterday (over 24hours ago) and was already a bit nervous that they did not get in touch with me.

But in this case ... yeah, I will have to wait calm!

Well I still haven't heard anything and it's been over 72 hours so I am assuming I have been unsuccessful!

Let you know when I hear anything!

Normally - they inform the successfully candits just after the interview.

Sorry - just a bad weekend joke.:tsr2:
Not necessarily true about hearing directly after the interview.. When they say they may take up to 10 days they do mean it! I found out I was successful after 5 days..

So don't think too much into it until you actually hear from them.. And if you're holding another offer then let them know and they'll hurry the process up a little bit!

They told me I was successful straight after the interview.
Just waiting for the offer package to come, not sure when, apparently it's through email.

Anyone with an offer from Accenture can share some light?

Was this for a job or internship? I am still waiting to hear on the 8th working day after assessment centre for an internship now lol.
They got back to me within 2 days after the assessment centre.

The offer letter will be your access to the 'waiting room' website, and your contract, and details of your signing on bonus. It may take a couple of weeks to come through. It'll also have details for your contact at the 'onboarding' team, who i've contacted on numerous occasions, and are very helpful!

Mine was for a graduate job.

I heard they will send this via email, is this the case with you magicalstone?
So all the information about contract, sign-on bonus etc. is on the waitingroom.info site?
Then I would have guess we'll be giving separate passwords, I thought it's the same password to access the site for everyone.

Did you negotiate? Can you even?

They got back to me with an offer 3 hours after the Assessment Centre. That's not to say that anyone should be worried if they haven't been contacted asap, just remember their 10 day policy. Should they take longer than 10days to process, then it's probably best to call and enquire.

Is this for ACG Grad?
What are your first insights and feedbacks after joining ACN? I've got an offer for ACG.

Accenture take between 2 days and 10 to deliver offers... more time at the moment due to the holiday season and some HR shortages I gather.

If you've got specific questions relating to Accenture, I'd be happy to field them. PM me.

Yes it was. Started January and currently working on a project in Edinburgh. For those asking what the ACG is like, regarding training and work, you get trained on all aspect of the project delivery cycle and associated skills required for it. Bear in mind though that you wont necessarily need all the skills (hard/soft) as it would depend on your project/role and where your aligned. But a good appreciation of different areas of ACN is crucial.

3 weeks london training I found more technical than the 2week training they give you in Chicago which focuses more on simulations of how real-world projects/clients would pan out.

So far the experience has been very enjoyable, and if you come from a non-technical background like I have, then more of a challenge to you than to others. Support is always there and they have a really good mentoring system. Its a place where 'no question is a stupid question' so career progression is expected/ your always gonna develop.

Re: people, as I said very helpful but also very FRIENDLY/sociable. Drinks after work is almost mandatory and everyone has interesting backgrounds.

Goodluck for all those still waiting for an offer/ going through interviews. From experience, I'd definitely recommend the company.

Hi all

I got a phone call from a women saying that I have got an offer for the ACG! She said my offer package would come through email, but that the actual signing of the contract would happen on the first day of work. Is this what you guys have experienced? It worries me a bit... does that mean my job isn't secured until the first day of work?

Thanks for any advice.

They carried out education + work + background check on me and there is a warning that they can withdraw the offer if discrepancy found.
