Repaying whilst Overseas

Hi,

I am going into from second year of living abroad and it came time to do a re-assessment to which I completed and sent off. I have now received another letter (accessed on my account online) stating that I will now have to make the maximum payments and that I have been penalised with the additional interest.

Should I just assume that my letter was lost, it cost's a fair amount to send letters from N.America especially if they are being tracked. Would it be worth re-sending the information to a different address. Such as the below:

Student Loans Company
100 Bothwell Street
Glasgow
United Kingdom
G2 7JD

Every time I have sent my letter to the P.O box address it has not been received.
