I am a first year undergraduate joining Warwick University this year. I've heard Lakeside, Heronbank, and Sherbourne are very quiet residences. Is it true? I love everything about the halls but want to be with people who love to socialise and are outgoing. Are these good enough or is it not a place for people like me?

I know a few people who lived in Lakeside so I can talk about that. It was very quiet. The flats are quite small, I think 6 people to a kitchen, so there's not a great deal of opportunity for socialisation if your flatmates aren't your cup of tea. That said, each flat and block will be different, there's quiet and noisy parts of every hall.
