I feel like I am lost

I am studying foundation bio science and I want to study biomedical science next year however they ask for 40% pass and I got 36% I feel horrible due I work really hard and got high results at first semester however at second semester I lost my family member and I was not able to concentrate to my exams and I got lower mark on module that I need to pass to go to bio med next year. I don’t sleep properly and I feel like I lost everything. Do you think if I tell this to university they will let me pass ? I passed all other modules at first try too. I appreciate anyone advice / help me ?

Yes, it is best if you do tell them, considerations would be made accordingly. I doubt they would simply reject you despite this fact. Keep calm and keep your head up :smile:
