Do I need to make an ucas application to apply for through clearing?

Hi,

I'm thinking of doing a second undergraduate degree if I can get funding (I want to do Biology and know it's one of the STEM exempt subjects if it's offered part time) and was wondering if I'd have to make a ucas application if I applied through clearing? Or would they accept me at that stage directly?

I also wanted to confirm that I would get funding if I studied Biology part time.

Thanks.

Part time courses are not managed by ucas. You apply directly and clearing is a ucas only thing.
