St Georges Interview

Hi all. I have an interview at St Georges on April 29th - quite late...would that affect my chances? But I was basically wondering what interview questions to expect. I've heard from others they dont look at your personal statement.. I'm not sure if I will get that or not.

OK mine was a long time ago (Nov- ha!).. They hadn't read my personal statement but some of the qs I remember were..
Why medicine..
Medical advancements in the last 100 years
Example of working in a team- and problems etc - can't remember the exact wording? :s-smilie:

Organ donation

I think they were the 4 key questions and then I had questions stemming off from them!

Good luck though, just show them how much you want to do medicine and you'll be brilliant! :smile:

i had my interview way back too, in december.

the panel is VERY nice and they try their best to make you feel at ease.

and no they dont have your personal statement, instead they have a list of questions to choose from.

they asked general/expectable questions: why med? why not nursing? your strengths/ weaknesses?

there was a thread with good interview help for SGUL but i cant find it.
