I’m an aspiring law student from a working class background who will be off to university next year. For a while now I’ve struggled to decide who to fully support politically. I like how the Labour Party is very much for the people, or at least they say they are.

I’m unsure who to support so could people give pros and cons of both parties. Opinions are also welcome

Oh? So you like socialism. No wonder the Western world is in decline because we have millennials thinking that Communism is the way to go. Get your head of your rear.

I mean who likes having their taxes raised to the sky in order support single mums' that spit out ******* children?

I'm on your side, but communism and socialism are not the same and it's disingenuous to pretend they are. You can't be vague about ideology in a conversation explicitly about ideology.

Yet another selfish moron. Too dumb to work out how the world works but as soon as he realises he has to give to others he freaks.

Yet another "liberal" who cannot construct a real counter-argument, so instead insults someone stating their opinion. How accepting

I'd suggest you shouldn't 'fully' support any party. You work out which party best represents your views, but that shouldn't mean you don't question their policies. Every party claims to be 'for the people', because without a fairly high level of support they'll never get any power to implement their policies. Where they vary is in their priorities and their approach, and in the most part that comes down to where the money comes from and how much is spent.

Virtually everyone is selfish. There's nothing selfless about wanting someone else to pay for services provided for you.

the point in the political party is that it's your decision, your background should not defermine your party and beliefs, it's what they do that should sway you.

Vote Labour if you want no disposable income and higher taxes.
Vote Conservative if you want public service sectors to crumble even more.

Any government is reckless, just vote for the party that you believe is least so, or don't vote at all.
Politics now is too focused on ideological tribalism rather than basic evaluations of what is and what isn't a good policy.

If you don't know who to support, don't support anyone.

Just vote however you feel whenever an election comes round, based on whatever you feel is important at the time.

UKIP don't really stand a chance atm, so I wouldn't bother, the tories are evil slimeballs and labour are the scummiest, most backwards, foolish and Anti-UK party in parliament

To be honest they're all lying sacks of crap and there tends to be little difference between any of them, as is politics i guess.

Have a read of their various manifestos and see which one you tend to agree with more though and go from there. With that being said there's nothing wrong with deciding none of them are worth your support either.

Ironic, because socialism is by far the most selfish ideology I've ever heard of.

Here is the thing about socialists/Lefties/labour:

They are thieves, they advocate taking other people's money and giving it to people who didn't work for a living. That's all socialism is. We take your money that you sacrificed your finite life for and we enslave you to this person who just sat on his backside that got 16 different girls pregnant. So you're basically a parasite and are LAZY.

They are so afraid of work that they would rather not do it, they don't want anything to do with real work. Socialists cowardly hide behind the state and quote "we just care about the children", "the minorties", "the environment". And then they use the government, which has lots of guns (military, police) to force you to give them money. Wherever the feminists, social justice warriors, cowards and lazy individuals go, you go the opposite way.

I cannot comment, the only time I've ever been on 4chan was about 5 years ago. I looked at it for about 20 seconds, closed my tab and have never been back since.
