When it comes to spicy food, can you handle the heat, or are you a bit of a wimp with it? :tongue:

Using the Nandos scale, I tend to get medium. I can manage a hot chicken wing, but probably not 2.

Nandos 'extra hot' :rofl: - funniest thing I've ever heard!! Its not even mild! :tongue:

I have yet to find something that is too spicy or anywhere near being so.

Nando’s wise; extra hot doesn’t even tingle the tastebuds. I laugh at people who go anything less.

Can handle most chillies. Jalapeños, habaneros, scotch bonnet, easy.

Then again... I am Asian

Something mild would do for me ... I tend to go for the lemon and herb sauce at Nandos.
