I am not by any means saying these are the right answers, these are the ones I can remember I wrote down everyone else add your answers!
Lasts question 4root3
P is 28 greater than q: x= 20??
k (constant) = 17/18 can’t remember
Reply 1
yh 4root 3 for the last question
Reply 2
I think I got (x-3)(x-5)(x-5)for one
Reply 3
the constant was 17 pretty sure

I got 8root3 for the last question
k = 17

yh I got that

Please do correct me on any wrong answers

1) 3x^5 + x^3
2) a= -3 b= 10. (I think this ones wrong)
3) 4,16
-8 17
4) 35
5) 17
6) (x+1)^2 + (y-2)^2 = 25
7) 25
8) -6+ 7 root 5 (not sure)
9) plus or minus the square root of 9/4
---next few question numbers might not be in the right order)
10) x= -1 / 3-4y. (not sure)
11) -2, -7 (not sure)
12) y = 3/5 x +25
13) x= -2 or 1/3
y= -1 or 6
14) 48
15) ----
16) ----
17) u put 2 into the equation and make it equal to 0
17b) (x-2)(x-5)(x-5)
18) think this was the proof question : alternate segment theorem, alternate angles etc
19) 2(x-4)^2 -19 (not sure)
20) 4 root 3

Is it okay if I factored out x^3 for the first one so x^3(3x^2+1)?

Yh I got -3 and 10 for question 2.
For question 8 I got 4 + 5 root 5.
For question 9, I simplified the + or - root 9/4 to + or - 3/2.
For question 17b I got (x+5)^2(x-2).
For question 19, I got the same: 2(x-4)^2 -19

Yh probably, because normally they have “Oe” on the side of the markscheme which stands for “or otherwise” which means they should accept the same answer even if it is in different forms. E.g. 9/4 and 3/2

That’s a relief, thanks

for 17b) I think its fine if you do either (x+5)(x+5)(x-2) or (x+5)^2 (x-2)
For 9) do you think I'd still get the marks without cancelling down.
what did any of you get for question 15???
I got 3.15 and 1.3 on the graph

0.6 and 3.4 I think

For the simultaneous question I wrote the answer in pairs e.g. when x= whatever value it was, y=.....
Then underneath it I wrote the same thing but with the other values of x and y as a pair.
Would I get the marks for writing my answer like that?
Hello, could someone please upload the questions!
