Online PhD Loan application problem

Hello,

I am trying to apply for the Doctoral Loan through my online Student Finance England account, but when I click on the Doctoral option it opens up the application procedure for the Master's loan. Any advice?

If you can't get the online application to work fill in the paper form instead https://www.gov.uk/doctoral-loan/apply

It's normally quicker than trying to resolve bugs in the online system!
