how did you guys do Q1 for the tort law question regarding the breach of duty of care cause my textbook answers are a little different from the marking scheme answers. (the same question came out in 2017 paper too).
the MS said something like foreseeability, size of risk, magnitude and social utility but the textbook says like characteristic of the defendant, claimant, common pratice
