Chances of getting accepted through clearing?

Hey im aware I can't get a definitive answer here. But I applied to a Uni that I want to study at but I don't meet the minimum academic requirements.

Which was unsuccessful, I'm not a student anymore I left college 3 years ago (im 22 now) so I can't really remedy mistakes that happened in the past but, has anyone been accepted to the uni they wanted to go to through clearing through similar circumstances?
