Long story short, I got heavily screwed over by my college and only will only have 2 complete A level qualifications after this year. Physics and Maths. So next year i will be working while i sit a full 2 year a level in the summer. I want to take further maths and sit all the exams in summer but i've heard that the spec has changed... Does this mean that i will not be allowed to do it since you need the new spec a level maths knowledge? or will i be allowed to?

Since you haven't taken F Maths this year, yes, you will need to take the new spec F Maths in 2019. Modules are only available as resits.

I will be doing the same im pretty sure its fine - they are seperate specs and different papers are taken.
Just to clarify what you are gonna do next year is sit A level further maths and work right? and you have completed the other two?
if so I would consider starting now (I am) depending on if the job you are gonna be working is time consuming or not

But isn't a level further maths (new spec) a continuation of a level maths (new spec), and since we've only done a level maths from the old spec, wouldn't we need to have completed a level maths (new spec) to be able to sit the a level further maths (new spec) qualifications, or does it not work that way? sorry for typing new spec every time haha just wanna make sure u guys fully understand. Oh and yeah i've just sat my a level physics and a level maths exams these past few weeks

The new spec A-Level maths isn't any harder than the old-spec; it's just linear rather than modular. Thus if you've done A-Level Maths old spec, you will have all the required prior knowledge to go on to A-Level Further Maths new spec.
