Honestly, I'd rather lay eggs. Periods are so painful.

I'll stick with the periods, thanks. Mine aren't painful and apart from getting horny I have no negative side effects

My sister says they can be very painful sometimes. Are you going to have kid?

Depends how big the egg is. If it's the same size and it's tiny I would flippin leap to heaven with joy and wouldn't mind it at all! If it's going to contain the month old remnants of the womb and be the size of my palm then HECK NA

I can't wait to have kids, but not yet I'm only 17! Yeah, mine are awful, I ended up in hospital last time it was so painful

Laying eggs seem way more painful, look the size of the egg the kiwi has to lay and in comparison to its body

That's quite a nice side effect and very easy to remedy!

Tough question. Laying an egg is a lot less messy than both giving birth and having a period... However, if you were to lay an egg big enough to contain a baby, it would be huge and a lot more painful to deliver than a baby - the biggest part of a baby is its a head, so once you push that out, the rest is easy. The egg would probably cause a lot of internal damage on delivery...

On balance, I think I'll stick to the periods!

I would rather lay eggs when I want to have kids because I do not want to have kids, so it would be like getting rid of my period for free Besides, childbirth is painful enough and only laying an egg when you want kids would mean no unwanted babies would appear, so it is not like laying an egg when you want kids would be any added pain. It would just be getting rid of periods and unexpected babies, which can both be annoying and costly enough. I honestly see no downside in laying eggs over having periods and normal childbirth.
