Are places like RSCI and Cork more competitive than GEM in the UK?

I believe (someone correct me if I'm wrong though) that once you get above a vertain GAMSAT score you're guaranteed a place.

The only issue is funding.

Wouldn't it be classed as EU?

It's not covered by Student Finance England if that's what you mean?

University of Cork:
"Full tuition fees must be paid as Graduate Entry to Medicine is not covered under the Free Tuition Fees Scheme. The fee for Graduate Entry to Medicine in 2017 is €14,580."

RCSI:
"The GEM programme is not covered under the Opens in new windowIrish Exchequer Free Fees Initiative on the basis that graduate entry students have already completed a Level 8 undergraduate degree. As a result, all GEM students are either liable for EU or Non-EU Fees, depending on their EU status."

Oh yeah and judging by the entry requirements pages, once you have the minimum, it's all GAMSAT score dependent. Neither has interviews as far as I can see.

I see.

I wonder if its possible to get a private/bank loan to pay the tuition fees?
