Tescos, Nights.

I've just started working at a 24 hour, Tescos metro. (Never worked retail but just moved and needed a job 😂)

Anyways, I want to be able to pull my weight! I work nights so how many cages can you guys get through?

I need seem to get a full shift in "my" aisle and feel like I'm needed else where but by 1030 - 1045 we've just finished pulling through he delivery (start at 10pm) and then we get called to do the "split". Depending on the stock depends on whether this takes us to break time or whether we have 20 minutes or so in our aisle.

After 1230am we go for our 45 minute break and once back we can start our aisle if there's not another delivery to sort through. My aisle will have 2 or 3 back stock and then a couple of 3 new stock to get though. We have aother 45 minute break at 330 and then I'm usually done by 5 or 530am and then help else where.

Am I expected to go faster?
