Oxford medical case reports:

BMJ case reports:

These are just a couple of the biggest/better ones. There are hundreds freely available online.
NEJM has some good daily ones as well
You say typical presentations, so i assume actual Case Reports are not what you are after (that's what the above are).
I don't know of any particular resource. I would question the value in just memorising presentations without also knowing pathophysiology, investigation, treatments, prognosis, etc. As such i would just put whatever disease you're interested in into patient.co.uk or whatever other website you like.
