I will be doing integrated MSci in Neuroscience this fall. Somehow, i felt like my interest has shifted from becoming a researcher in Neuroscience to becoming a neuropsychologist. Will it be possible for me to still become a neuropsychologist without having a BSc in Psychology?

Not an expert but you may need to do an appropriate converstion course if your undergrad degree isn't accredited

You need either an accredited degree or accredited conversion course. This link is from the British psychology society and explains the path to take.
