Should censorship of people’s opinions and facts be challenged and abolished in UK? Or it is better for people to succumb to the interests of the system. Basically, does the lack of freedom of speech in UK violates human rights charter or the state interest is more important?

it doesn't violate human rights charter; there is no absolute freedom of expression here or anywhere, as far as i know.

It violates human rights and a human rights lawyer using the UN charter can take legal action. Whoever controls freedom of speech has absolute power and to exert absolute power to supress freedom of speech is against human rights and UN charter calls this behaviour dictatorship which is typical of police states and individuals with controlling character disorder.
