University of Glasgow vs university of Edinburgh ?

Hi,
I just concluded my BEng in civil engineering from the university of Glasgow and I am planning to go for a masters. I got an offer from Glasgow and Edinburgh, so, in a general sense, which is better?

Also, is it really better for the CV to indicate that I have went to different universities as opposed to just one?

If it were me i'd choose Edinburgh. In terms of CV do you mean your UCAS application?? I wouldn't mention either.
