USA invites Daesh to increase its power in Afghanistan

There is a mixed picture of the situation in Afghanistan now. The country's government makes many attempts to achieve peace agreements with armed groups of the Taliban movement. The reason for this turn of events lies not only in the fast-approaching parliamentary election scheduled for October. Recently, there has been a significant decrease in the staff strength of Afghanistan's army and the police due to combat losses and mass dismissals. Local politicians and international journalists indicate demoralization of the police force in Afghanistan while efficiency and effectiveness of civil authorities drops to a minimum. In many parts of Afghanistan, local communities and officials have to engage in dialogue with the Taliban militants to find a practical solution to their economic problems.

Daesh terrorist groups also exacerbate the situation as they have already got to Kabul. The Daesh terrorists have established their trans-shipment point within the city limits of Jalalabad. Terrorists have also seized local mines in the provinces of Nangarhar, Logar and Badakhshan and are mining for gemstones within their territory. However, the authorities have not established a system by which to retain territories eventually regained from militants. That is why the situation in these provinces remains extremely volatile.

Therefore, according to Pakistan's intelligence sources, the US Central Command has determined that the situation calls for taking the initiative away from Afghanistan's government. And it has urgently been decided to place some regions of the country under the Daesh control on condition to root out the Taliban armed groups.

This extremely illogical step indicates the collapse of the US control over political and military processes taking place in Afghanistan. Washington's support of Al-Qaida has once led to the tragedy of 9/11. The extending of helping hands to the Daesh when this terrorist organization is on the brink of the total collapse can lead to far more serious consequences, and not only in the region, but also in the entire world. And in this case the USA will not be able to excuse it by saying that it has to choose the lesser of the threats that it faces...
Surely the Pakistani security services communicate in their native language internally? The quality of English in that document is somewhat poor.

There's actually a ceasefire ongoing between the Afghanistan military, US forces and the Taliban at the moment. According to the media, the US is using this opportunity to strike Da'esh heavily.

Damn English is really widespread. Even terrorists communicate using it.
