Clothes to bring to NCS?

How much of each item should we bring? For example how many pair of trousers should I pack?

It tells us to bring trainers. Should I bring trainers that I'm willing to get muddy or just a normal pair?

This is for phase one by the way.

if you log in to your ncs account there should be a checklist of what exactly to bring and how many but i guess you dont need it all so i suggest watching a youtube video, there are a few out there just type in “ncs item checklist” or “what to bring on ncs” or something like that :smile:

If you're doing outdoor activities for the 1st week bring with you tracksuit bottoms, a hoodie, waterproof jacket, walking boots/outdoor trainers, torch and clothes that you wouldn't mind getting dirty. Along with those bring the normal clothes that you wear.
