There are.
....

Apart from jobs in unrelated sectors (finance, etc) there are medical sales, working an NHS biomedical scientist, research, academic writer, teaching and a whole array of others (including medicine as a second degree).
Many of the fields are expanding and the occupations I've put above are only touching the surface in terms of the number of jobs that a medical science degree can open up for you.

Definitely!

Like other people have said, there are the direct careers such as pharmaceuticals, medical technology, clinical trials or researching but there are plenty of other jobs in finance, NHS managing, scientific officer in civil service or sales and marketing!

You can also go into other accredited health programmes such as medicine or dentistry at graduate level.
