How do I get rid of porn addiction

I need help to get rid of my porn addiction I’m watching at least 2-4 times a day and I feel like it’s not good it’s making me procrastinate a lot , makes me lazy , stops me from doing other important and productive stuff.

Just stop watching it. I don’t see how it’s difficult.
For the urges just make yourself busy and keep Of the Internet as much as possible.

Just stop watching it. Put barriers in place to limit your access to the internet. Spend more time out the house.

idk maybe make a plan on what you should do in the day and say that you can't watch porn until you've gotten stuff done. Won't cure the addiction (unless you have time consuming things you can to do) but at least this way the porn won't be a barrier to productivity.
