My household income is roughly £45k and I'm looking to go to Chester University or Nottingham Trent university and I'm looking to staying in a university accommodation but I need to know that I can afford it. My parents aren't in the position to help me financially so I'm in this solo, depending on loans and grants to get me through as well as getting a job.

I need to know can I afford to pay rent and if I can afford all the living necessities that I need. Can anyone who is roughly in the same situation as me give me some advice on how they can afford it and what loans and grants they're entitled to please?

Hi,

You can use the Student Finance Calculator to see an estimate of what you could be entitled to.

Regards, Aisha.
