At least 100, pretty much all fiction.
I used to read 1 or 2 books a week when I was younger. I find myself unable to concentrate/ enjoy it these days though.

43 so far this year.
294 in total that I've a record of - I started keeping track in September 2009.
There will have been more in the past, but I've no record of them (due to not being able to remember the titles/authors) so I don't actually count them!

I mostly read fiction of all sorts of genres (although my preferences are erotic/romance, horror/mystery, and dystopian YA), but I do like to read some non-fiction now and then for a break: usually history, autobiographies, and hobby-themed books.

There's 642 listed on my Goodreads account, but I haven't updated that for a couple of years. Probably 70% fiction.

The number of books I have read is shamefully not as high as it should be. :hide: I do not know how many books I have read, to be honest... Maybe like 100-300? Mostly fiction with some non-fiction thrown in

Read the highest number of books in my school. Praise me I’m the best. 956 books and continuing. I prefer both to be honest. Non fiction is helpful and informative. Fiction is exciting and fun

The original question was posed as 'ever' but whatever timeframe peoplewant to cover is fine too

600 is pretty impressive though!

The Pageant by Leigh Walker. It's one I'd recommended to anyone who likes Kiera Cass.

I only read fiction. The reality of my existence is already brutal. I want to escape.

Not enough to be satisfied with reading. So many books unread, so many in my bookshelf for years, still nothing about fiction.

Do you think you can ever read enough books to be truly satisfied with reading?

Don't think so. There are more books in the world than ages of life exist. Would be happy for first, if I read the novels I desire.

I read almost all of the Goosebumps books as a kid. Probably like 30 different books since I hit puberty.

Well I’m an English Literature a level student so a lot in my life time. Not as many now as I did in my pre teens... in the year before I started GCSEs I kept count and read 108 in that year. But since then I’ve less time to read and less time to keep track. I’d say at least 800 in my life time, not counting short stories, poetry or non fiction
That would count re read too though, which is a lot considering the amount of times you read a novel over again at gcse and a level
