What are your plans for after graduation? Some of these courses are quite different, e.g. process safety and loss prevention (basically process/safety engineering) will be quite different to engineering management.

I have not work experience yet, but mostly going to be within the construction or oil & gas field. not sure what is better, the management of engineering or extending within the same field 'safety'.

Better in terms of what? What are your reasons for doing an MSc?

No. You need to work this out for yourself. If you don’t even know what career you want to go into then why are you specialising with an MSc at this stage?
