Ask your doctor. They’ll likely run some tests and ask about your mental health.

You say you're a healthy weight but are you fit? You probably just need to get used to the class and then it will improve. It's partially about your body adjusting and partially getting mentally used to the pain.

Its really not. If you were fit youd be able to complete a fitness class. Plenty of people are thin and not fit or healthy. Plenty of people are on the bigger side and fit and healthy. Being a certain size is controlled by how much you eat. Being fit is about how much you work out. Being healthy is about both.

By the sound of it, your simply have low cardiovascular fitness. Keep at it and you'll find it easier.

the more you go to the classes, the easier it'll get for you, since youve only just started, its normal and very common for it happen. Just keep up the motivation to go and stay determined!

if you can, start going for jogs/runs for half an hour to 45 mins a day, you will see improvements in that way too

Have a healthy diet and do some HIIT and/or circuit training to enhance stamina.
