Am I too late to apply for universities?

Look on the ucas website as well, try registering. Think it's possible for u to go through clearing
You can apply through clearing. If you have already got your A-level results (taken a gap year) then go right ahead and apply through clearing. I advise that if not you wait until you have your results to apply, but apply as soon as your results are released (giving the unis a call on results day is usually a good shot). I also recommend finding unis with a range of acceptance grades for courses that you are interested in.

clearing opened a couple of days ago and i believe you can make late applications through there, this page says a bit on it
