Does it negatively impact your life? Does it cause problems with your social life, your job or any other aspect of your life? If it doesn't then yoda sees no problem. Yes, it may be different and perhaps looked down upon, but ultimately this is a case of others having a problem, not you.

There's a massive difference between thinking something is wrong and calling somebody disgusting.
For example, you know the youtube video that was posted? Have you visited her website and read anything of her story? Her boyfriend was killed by his 'friends' for being with a transwoman. Until transphobia is tackled and transgendered people are considered normal, I think it's perfectly fine to fight against those that think it's 'disgusting'.
My girlfriend's dissertation is on this subject and transphobia in the media. Try watching Boys Don't Cry to see what happens when people think something is disgusting.
There is nothing wrong with transsexuals and society needs to catch up and realise this.

While yoda finds it disgusting, he still would not castigate any who enjoy it. It is simply something yoda wishes not to think about or observe. If a friend of yoda admitted a transsexual fetish, yoda would not think any differently of him. In meeting someone with a transsexual fetish yoda would not associate anything negative to him. This does not stop yoda from finding it disgusting, it simply means that yoda accepts that others are not the same as he. After all, only yoda is great as himself.

Yes, but to a transgender person, saying that they are 'disgusting' 'wrong' and 'taboo for a reason' is surely verbal abuse?
In my understanding, (from a friend who works with Transexuals as a psychologist) Transexualism or 'Gender Dysphoria' is caused by some complicated thing in the womb where the child's brain has been programmed (so to speak) as female or male, however, the child's body is born the opposite sex.
This means that although their body is male (for example) their brain is female meaning that they identify as female and think as females do. It is not a psychological problem that can be "cured" except by becoming their true self - having a sex change.

I think a lot of that is because people consider it, and that thing where adults dress as babies, to be linked to peadophilia, though I haven't heard of any link being proven. Same as people are uneasy with bondage, because they link it to real rape.
