Depends what you want to look into!
Cognitive neuroscience type stuff - Sperry is a good place to start (split brain studies), case studies such as HM, Phineas Gage,
Inheritance studies (twin/adoption etc) exist on pretty much any trait you can think of.
There are EEG and fMRI studies on all sorts of topics too - memory, perception, attention......
What sort of topics are you most interested in?
