I've got a Natwest 'Card Plus' account, which comes with a Solo debit card.
I've lost my card, and it takes bloody ages for them to send you a new one. I need money to go out this week! Is there any way of withdrawing money from a branch without having the card? Using a passport for ID maybe?
Yes I think if you go into the branch and explain the situation there should be a way of doing so.
I advise you take your:
Paying in book Some form of ID Statement
Not too sure if you will need 1 or even all 3 but it's worth a shot! Or you could go on the website, find the number for the direct line to your local branch and ask them?
With my bank at least (lloyds), they have your signature on file, so you fill in the form with your details and then sign it in front of them. Of course you should take ID, but it can be sped up if they do it like that.
