Economics Degree - Progress to Yr3
A close friend just received her Yr.2 Economics (L100) results. She barely passed (with a fail in 1 paper). She has only been allowed to proceed for a Pass Degree in Yr.3.
What are her options? Can she appeal to resit specific papers in September? Or re-take Yr.2 in its entirety? She wants to withdraw from Warwick and start afresh somewhere else, as she says a Pass Degree doesn't amount to anything. I disagreed - told her she should spend another year and get something in the bag (albeit a pass degree).
