Recently i've been going to my best friends house alot recently and I said we should something today he said sure, come to mine at 12 and asked if we could invite 2 other friends instead of just us this time. I have no problem at all with this but he invited someone he knows doesn't like me for some petty reason because he's jealous of my friendship with the other person howether he did invite someone i'm close friends with aswell.

I'm only worried because i'm thinking that he might not enjoy it just being us 2 and may find it boring? This is the only time he's done this and he doesn't spend time with just 1 other friend apart from me and usually has a group anyways.

I know i'm probably overthinking it but i don't want him to get bored of our friendship if you know what i mean.

You are probably overthinking to be honest. Maybe your friend just wants to do something as a group for a change? There's not much you can do apart from see how things pan out.
