Looking for someone to take over my contract for the whole year - London studio

Hey everyone,

I am looking for someone to take over my contract for the whole academic year (Sept/2018 - Sept/2019).
Price: £275pw

It is a window seat studio option (Scape) located right next to QMUL (about 1min walking distance) in Mile End (East London). Studio is on the 4th floor.

Utility bills included. Laundry and a free gym in the building. If anyone happens to know about anyone who might be thinking about this, let them know about this!

It is a truly beautiful studio located in a very spacious building with many common areas (there's even a common kitchen in addition to the one in the room), cinema and so on.
