career development loan
Wondering if anyone can help, does the loan get paid to the student or directly to the institution?
I assumed it would be paid directly to the student and then they pay for the course, transport etc from it, but I've just had a phone call from a course I was considering going onto and they tell me the course fee is paid directly from them. Not sure if I miss heard but does this sound right to you?
