Hey, I'm 23 years old with poor credit I've already been turned down by HSBC for a student bank account and I start uni in September 
is anyone having issues opening one? does anyone bank with Nationwide as I'm thinking of seeing if they will accept me.

is anyone having issues opening one? does anyone bank with Nationwide as I'm thinking of seeing if they will accept me.I'm with nationwide and they're a good building society. You can always try apply for the bank account there, but they still do a credit check during the application but maybe they'll give you some advice on improving your credit score
