Hi I know that guys prefer ass over boobs but I’m really small and petite and have boobs that are big in comparison to my size but I have quite a small bum. It’s not flat but it is in proportion to my height and weight so considering I’m short and petite it really isn’t that big. It’s not flat and saggy but it’s nothing special. Would guys be bothered about this as I have a significant amount of boob to make up for it

I wouldn't be bothered, you sound like you have a nice figure
Squats = big butt is a bit of a myth, tbh. Glute activation during squats is quite poor compared to other leg exercises. SLDLs will work your glutes to a much greater degree than squats.
You are worth so much more than what any guy thinks about your body. It's natural to desire acceptance, but remember that it does not determine your worth. I don't know you, but I would wager to bet that you have a lot more to offer to the world than just your looks. I don't know if you like this sort of thing, but I recently read this article that encouraged me to look beyond my insecurities. Hope it encourages you too!
I'm gonna let you in on a little secret. The most important thing about a butt is its depth, not its width. Sure its nice to have an hourglass waistline-hips ratio but it means almost zero if the butt is flat. On the other hand if you have a 15yo boy waist/hips line but a beautiful sticky butt, you are ahead of the curve Just laying out the facts here, do not hate.
If I had to put percentages on it..I'd honestly say that out of the 3 only (face bum and boobs) face would be 75 percent most impostant. Boobs and ass together 25percent
