Phd in English: Which university should I go with?

Hi, I'm an international student and I'v done my MA in English Literature in the US.
I applied to the following universities for a PhD in English Literature and received unconditional offers from:

University of Glasgow
University of Exeter
University of Sheffield
University of Bristol
Cardiff University

I was rejected by the University of Edinburgh
I also applied to King's College London but still did not receive a reply. I prefer not to live in London which is why I'm not so keen on KCL. I am also worried it being too late to make visa arrangements, which is another reason why I'm not enthusiastic about KCL. I also have to admit that I'm leaning towards Glasgow for being in Scotland and Bristol for being ranked 54 worldwide, however I would like to make an informed decision and weigh all options.
