Can you only practice the bay parking exercise

Hi All, I have my driving test booked at Hendon. I received an email from DVSA saying "Can you only practice the bay parking exercise at Hendon DTC between 4 and 7pm Monday to Friday." Now I am a bit confused does it mean i need to practice bay parking only or it meant the time restriction to practice bay parking in their area?

yes the wording is odd.. first time I read I was like really? have I got the relaxation to not go through the full test? but well well..
Sounds right, it is a time restriction.

It's because of driving tests during the day needing the bays. I am sure mine has this restriction. They want you to practice in the evening when its quiet.
I loved my test centre

'We don't do bay parking'

'Do you HAVE bay parking?'

'Yes, but we still don't do it'

'YAY!'

I suspect it's down party to people using the car park not wanting their cars used as test objects full stop, i'm also informed owners get a bit snippy about their parked cars getting used for parallel parking practice as well.
