i wouldn't recommend them.
there are other ways of achieving the same results without the long term health implications.
it just depends how much you are willing to work for them results?
surely any change in your body which has become as a result of hard work will be more pleasing? (for lack of a better word!)

Dont do it man

unless your a pro bodybuilder going for olympia

Eat right, train right. Get there naturally

Most people will be able to tell your on steriods

i fail to see whats the point in taking them. the risks far outweigh any beneifits imo

No don't use them. They have very severe side effects.
I have a friend who used them and he looked buff but in the end he needed to go to hospital due to fear his hand was going to explode.

Yeah they may, repeat MAY make you bigger but in no way stronger.

It also means you HAVE to stick to a strict routine eat very healthily, you MUST go the gym. It will also mean anger/temper problems, hormone issues, muscle problems later in life and a possibility of have an allergic reaction to the steroid.

If you wana look big, do the gym eat healthily but don't push yourself or over do it. Start of lightly and work your way up. Avoid alcohol and take aways.

Not sticking to a routine when on steroids can result in gaining a lot of weight and water mass, red face, swollen limbs and sorry to say but death.

Hahaha no it doesn't it just makes your thighs bigger so it looks smaller. Me and my friend who took them in the past also thought it make your ankles swell-it doesn't haha

makes your balls shrink, not your penis though
anabolic steroids are illegal in all competitive sports, so if you are/ever get involved in competitive sport at any level, bear in mind you're under threat of getting a ban if you happen to be drug tested. our school rugby team had to be tested recently just cos they got a fair way in a nationwide inter-schools comp - its not only international athletes - a lot of sports are cracking down.

Come again?
Steriods increase muscle growth, which means that you'll be able to lift more potentially

Hi,

It's this simple:

Steriods WILL help you grow. The more anabolic the steroid, the better your recovery time will become and the bigger you'll be able to lift.

BUT... it's simply acting to speed up a process that you could easily achieve naturally given a bit more time. Unless you're at a pro bodybuilder level, it isn't going to give you any edge in terms of growth potential. You'll get to the same size without them, but it'll take quite a lot longer.

ALSO... remember that you've gotta have your PCT down to a tee, or you'll be losing a lot of your gains (this'll happen anyway in almost all cases - even with good PCT you lose loads).

THUS... I'd advise loads of research and general reading on the subject before you even think of doing anything. Also make sure you know the possible risks. I know what vitamin S can do, and am pretty sure I'll never take AAS. I've got a friend who does, and he gets amazing 'roid rage though.

- Hope that helps somehow ,

how do they not make you stronger? if you stick to a weight lifting routine, which your supposed to, then you will get stronger. you cannot avoid it unless train like a total douchbag

Steroids DO increase both muscle mass and strength, and they do so very quickly as long as everything else is in place. Those who say "get there naturally" obviously haven't been involved in the sport of bodybuilding, since if they had, they would know that certain gains and proportions are impossible, no matter how good one's genetics are, without chemical enhancement. That said, there are side effects (many of which are exagerated in the popular media) and you should do your research before you consider running a cycle. Are you going to run injectibles or tabs, how long is your cycle, and what are your aims? Even for something like dianabol you'll need to consider post-cycle therapy, which involves other drugs. Tread carefully.

i support natural bodybuilding because its the 'healthy' option. which is what bodybuliding is supposed to be about. that and other things ofcourse. i think your underestimating natural training, you can get a fair decent size without resorting to hormonal supplements.

If you do the gym and exercise on the muscles you become stronger. However if you simply take a steroid and no exercise is done then you do not become stronger.

is a man not naturally stronger than a women? and the difference being testosterone levels. steroids will make the muscle tissue grow, which in turn will increase strength.

I'm totally with you on the desirability of natural training. Too many kids resort to gear without even nearing their natural potential. They run shoddy cycles and training regimes while boozing and eating crap and make the gains they could have made in the same time by lifting big, getting enough sleep and eating well. Obviously for them, steroids are not a good idea.

But I trained well for three years, took creatine and whey with a little glutamine at times and I got massive. But I knew I'd reached my natural potential and I needed steroids to jump the plateau. I decided not to, and I kind of regret it now as an opportunity missed. Further, I have really good bbing genes and could only reach a certain size which I wasn't happy with, so those with ectomorphic physiques can never attain freakish size without drugs. But again, I'm not condoning it, jsut stating the facts.

i have a few mates who have taken steroids in the past and not even had a proper routine, one of them (the others chickened out) got quite big, but he was more bloated than anything else and had a really round face and thick neck. so ye i see what you mean about stupid kids doing them.

have you got any pics? im skeptical about somebody reaching their natural potential in only 3 years. most pro's get on the verge of their genetic potential and that takes 5-7 years minimum, with steroids though.

Hi. I'm now 18. I did weightlifting for a year when I was 16ish strictly following an old routine from a Joe Weider book and I got a lot bigger. I stopped going to the gym for about a year and started going again 3 months ago. I'm now at a similar level to what I was but I want to get bigger quicker. The problem I have is my shoulders jolt and it can make it quit uncomfortable when doing exercises such as bench press or military press - well basically all upper body exercises. Do you have any suggestions on how to sort out my shoulders? Also, what's your opinion on http://www.buysteroids.com/mass-stack-p-9.html for getting bigger quickly? Thanks!
