English requirements at UCL

Hello guys, I'm french international student and as part of my conditional offer at UCL I had to get 17/20 in Maths, 15/20 in Geography and at least 15,75 overall. I got 18/20 in Maths, 17/20 in Geography and 17/20 overall.I also had to pass the TOEFL test at good level meaning I had to get 24/30 in Reading and Writing, 20/30 in speaking and listening with an overall score of 100.I ended up getting 24/30 in writing, 23/30 in reading, 28/30 in listening and 29/30 in speaking and an overall score of 104. I'm wondering if I should take the TOEFL again considering I only missed the reading requirement by 1 point (I didn't have enough time to finish every question).

I just asked them over phone and they said that I should send them my results so they can over look it. Would they be capable of taking back their offer because of this?

Yes, you could be rejected because you have not fulfilled all your conditions. However, because you exceeded other conditions UCL might well still accept you. Did they say when they would make a decision? What's your insurance?
