How to answer how will you help build this team

Probably best to talk about an example you have of working as part of a team or being in a leadership role if you’ve done something like that. And then link that to working at H&M

Don’t give a cringe worthy generic line like you see on careers “help” websites. Think of something off of your own back. What are the qualities that make you different from everyone else and how can they help a business? Your perception of the world is different to everyone else’s, how can you use that as a strength?

Interviewers hear the same rubbish all the time and they know when someone is using a sound bite rather than their own knowledge of themselves and working environments.
