How accurate are predicted grades??

Predicted grades-CCC

The university that i've gotten a conditional offer from to requires 3 Cs(or above) for the program i've applied to. What are my chances of actually fulfilling the condition?
TIA

Depends on how hard you work and how optimistic your teachers are

At my school they didn't mean much. Although almost everyone can get those grades with hard work, so it doesn't matter
As accurate as your work ethic wants them to be

Statistically not too likely. 75% of the time, predicted grades are higher than achieved grades. 16% of there is no net deviation - i.e. if one grade is higher and one is lower, that would mean no net deviation e.g. A*AB when predicted AAA. Only 9% of the time do students exceed them. Although that may be more prevalent with A*A*A* predictions I think.
