Psychology Uni students: Recommend books for me to prepare for year 1

I posted a similar thread a few weeks ago and someone gave me the Oxford reading list for Psychology:

• Madness Explained: Psychosis and Human Nature
• Consciousness Explained
• The Private Life of the Brain
• Nature via Nurture: Genes, experience and what makes us human
• The Language Instinct: The New Science of Language and Mind
• Bad Science

A few books I have read which are relevant to psychology, and good reads in general: Jordan Peterson's 12 Rules For Life, The Schopenhauer Cure, The Lost Boys, Mans Search For Meaning and The Game: Neil Strauss.
