Earth and Planetary Sciences course

Hi ! Can anyone tell me what is the deal with the course Earth and Planetary Science at Imperial? Is it similar to the Geology and Geophysics course?

You can see the full course outline here. It does indeed look quite similar to their Geology & Geophysics course (which looks like it's been phased out?). Most of the 'specialist' planetary science third and fourth year options are available to geologists as well, so it seems more like a case of if you take a certain number of specialist modules they give you a degree in Earth and Planetary Science instead of Geology, rather than a case of them being totally different degrees. In any case, it was my impression that module choice is always quite flexible at Imperial.

Looks like a fun degree!
