Vodafone retail advisor video interview help!

Has anyone done the video interview for Vodafone retail advisor position? My deadline for it is tomorrow and I’m still too nervous to even start it! Also has anyone been through the whole process? If so please let me know so I can calm my damn anxiety thanks.

ps if anyone works at Vodafone in Leeds please pray I get the job so we can be friends thanks x

It's really easy and not hard at all. Just standard questions like why do you want to work for vodafone and what surprised you the most about vodafone etc. Just be sure to showcase your personality, look at the camera lens, use hand gestures and change up the tone of your voice. They want to see if they like you as a person.

I got past that stage and I got my face to face interview next week!

Be yourself, dress smart and make sure you don’t have any rubbish in your background shot. Turn on the lights and sit near a window so you’re well lit. If you like to wear makeup then wear makeup just make sure it’s professional. It’s the same questions you’ll get asked at a normal face to face interview. Get your personality across but only if it’s a good one lol. If you’re a bit OTT tone it down if you’re quiet and softly speak up a bit more.

Just did mine, this answer is for people doing the retail advisor role:
They firstly asked, Why Vodafone?
Then asked, Have you ever had an experience with an upset customer, and how did you deal with it?
Have you ever had to meet a target, and what target was it, how did you meet it?
They asked something to do with academics but i’ve completely forgotten what it was, something to do with college or uni. If you’ve got any more questions just reply here
