Februrary-March ICT CIE Session 2019

Hello TSR,

I am willing to take IGCSE ICT in the upcoming October-November 2018 session. However, as I scroll down through the past papers, I found that there is another session available for the subject - February/March session. Therefore, the idea came to my head as why not to sit the exam during that session?

However, in CIE the system goes on in terms of administrative zones. In my case, that's administrative zone 3. However, there are few 'signs' that I've seen during my browsing process where it seems that the only country that can have that February/March session is India - administrative zone 4. Now my question is, is that true?

Yes, Feb-March session is only available in India since CIE wants to accommodate to their School Year.
Guyssssss i need someone to tell me his/her opinion on the ict exam feb-march
